We counsel businesses on ownership, employment, contracting, and transition matters, and we work with real estate investors who are buying, selling, leasing, and financing commercial and investment real estate. We represent national and regional commercial banks in a variety of lending and complex financial structuring matters, including bankruptcy, loan workouts and judicial and non-judicial commercial foreclosure proceedings.

Litigation

We represent individuals and businesses in complex litigation with an emphasis on legal malpractice, business and commercial litigation, lender liability, insurance coverage and trust and estate matters.
